Risk Results

The workflow management risk levels and the customer screening risk levels are mutually exclusive. This means that the risk level of an existing customer has no bearing on the risk level of a new customer, for instance if a new customer screen matches a previous customer screen the risk will be High Risk – Duplicate regardless of whether the old screen is Review – False Positive or Review – Match Verified.

The difference between high and medium risk varies for each data source. For complete rules on what makes a match high or medium risk please see Data Source Rules.
